1. Grant of License
By purchasing and downloading this Hail The Herb (“The Product”), the Licensee (Purchaser) is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited commercial license from Dreadful PNG. This license permits the Licensee to use The Product solely for the creation of physical products for sale.
2. Permitted Uses (Physical End Products ONLY)
The Licensee is permitted to use The Product to create an unlimited number of physical items for personal or commercial use. Permitted physical products include, but are not limited to:
T-shirts, hoodies, and apparel (using the PNG files for sublimation/DTG).
Mugs, tumblers, and other drinkware.
Physical prints, posters, and framed art (using the Wall Art prints).
Stickers, decals, and stationery (when printed).
Home decor items, such as pillows and blankets.
No attribution to Dreadful PNG is required for commercial sales of physical end products.
3. Prohibited Uses (Digital Distribution is Strictly Forbidden)
The Licensee MAY NOT under any circumstances:
Sell, share, or distribute The Product (or any individual file within the bundle) in its original digital format or any modified digital format.
Upload The Product to any third-party printing sites (e.g., Printful, Printify, Amazon Merch) as a digital asset. The art Must be placed on Physical Products ONLY
Incorporate The Product into any new digital product for resale (e.g., digital scrapbooking kits, digital papers, digital templates, or new clipart bundles).
Claim copyright or intellectual property rights for The Product.
Digitize the Wall Art prints into embroidery files or digital cut files for resale.
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All copyright, intellectual property, and ownership rights of The Product remain exclusively with Dreadful PNG.
The purchase of this digital bundle grants a license to use the files, but it does not transfer ownership of the original artwork.
5. Termination
Dreadful PNG reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if the Licensee is found to be in breach of these terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of The Product and destroy all copies, digital or physical.
